Creative Steps Academy was founded to provide a nurturing, stimulating environment where children are free to create and express their feelings in a hands-on environment with structure and consistency. We enjoy creating partnerships between families and the Creative Steps Academy staff. Parents are encouraged to join activities and participate in helping their child to reach their full potential. 

At Creative Steps Academy, we promise to create a safe environment where children enjoy supportive learning environments, develop independence, cultivate an appreciation for others, practice cooperation, and develop healthy habits.

FAQs

  • Yes, Creative Steps is licensed by Texas Health and Human Services, Department of Child Care Regulation.

  • Tuition rates are based on the age of the child. You can call or visit to get our published rates.

  • Some classes have a waiting list. We encourage you to accept a tour as soon as possible to learn about the benefits of enrolling your child at Creative Steps Academy. If an opening becomes available we are prompt in notifying those that are on the list.

  • If you enroll more than 1 child, the oldest sibling will receive a weekly 10% discount.

  • We are a high-quality facility that offers an age-appropriate educational learning environment. Children who attend consistently are kindergarten-ready. Creative Steps Academy is a Texas Rising Star (4-star) school. We are also nationally accredited by the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs.

  • At Creative Steps Academy we build a love for learning. Each day children have engaging, hands-on activities to develop their physical, cognitive, socioemotional, language, and self-help skills. Our curriculum is research-based. Nutritious meals and snacks help children maintain their focus throughout the day.

  • We employ teachers who can demonstrate they understand the developmental growth and needs of children. Our teachers hold or are expected to obtain higher education credentials in early childhood development.

  • We respect any decision a family determines regarding vaccinations. At Creative Steps Academy, we require the recommended vaccinations of the Dallas County Health Department for infants through 12 years of age.

  • You will pay a nominal annual supply fee. Parents provide diapers and baby wipes. Creative Steps Academy will provide formula for infants through 12 months of age.
